With extensive experience in farming and traditional agricultural practices, Bapu Reddy focuses on traditional methods of cultivation and food processing. He maintains strong relationships with employees and is actively involved in researching and improving traditional approaches to cultivating and sourcing raw materials.  He carries forward the knowledge and organic farming practices learned under the guidance of his father, Late Raji Reddy Chelimalla, helping preserve these traditional practices at Krishi Vanam.
